A BIT ABOUT US!

  • Who We Are

Kids Stuff Bristol is a social enterprise, located in the heart of Bedminster at the Methodist church. We have grown out of Brimscombe Mill in Stroud who also host the social enterprise businesses The Home Remedy, The Long Table and The Bike Drop in the same location.

We are a small team in Bristol and we have a passion for encouraging a circular economy, especially when it comes to children’s goods. The entire team are paid above living wage, and we do not use volunteers.

We all believe that every family should have access to necessities, as well as the fun stuff!

Follow us on facebook and stay connected with Kids Stuff!

  • What We Do

We gratefully accept donations of children’s items from the local area. We sort them, clean them, then they go into our shop to be sold to other local families. Any and all profit we make goes back into the local community. We help local families in need by offering referral items, hosting events throughout the year and building a welcoming, inclusive community.

We are really excited to work with The Baby Bank Network - Bristol to support families in our city.

To donate items, bring them along to a pop-up or email us and we will arrange a collection.

our referrals

  • We are so much more than a kids clothing shop. We are building a community of generosity!

We believe that raising a family should not cost the earth and so we keep our prices as low as we can. But we also know that some families will struggle to pay even that. Therefore we are in the process of setting up referral processes to help our famililes.

We are building a strong friendship with Baby Bank Network - Bristol to help support more families across our city. In South Bristol we are working with our friends at BS3 & BS4 foodbanks to refer families to us. As we grow we will widen our referral network, but we don’t want to run before we can walk

If you are represent a referral organisation and have a family you want to support, please contact us. If you are a family in need, please get in touch with the foodbanks
